Bill received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1971. After a tour of duty with the U.S. Army at Redstone Arsenal, Bill joined the firm in late 1973 as a HVAC engineer. He received his Professional Engineering license for the State of Georgia in 1980 as a Mechanical Engineer and Alabama in 2000. He has extensive experience in design of energy efficient building design renovations, indoor air quality consulting, replacement of equipment and upgrading of systems. Bill is highly proficient in developing project scope and budgets, preparing plans, specifications for corrective measures.
