This $23 million, 98,000 square foot, three-story facility houses a student lounge, juice bar, meeting rooms, offices and a multipurpose banquet hall with catering kitchen. The center features a 25-yard lap pool, leisure and therapy pools, saunas, whirlpool and wet classroom, two basketball courts, a fitness center, group exercise rooms, climbing and bouldering walls, multipurpose gym with elevated indoor jogging track, racquetball and volleyball and a large event area.

This $37 million project included 48,000 square feet of renovated space and 136,000 square feet of new construction. The facility features an outdoor leisure pool, an eight (8) lane indoor competition lap pool, an indoor jogging track, new indoor basketball courts, a large indoor climbing wall, multiple outdoor courts, five multipurpose rooms for meetings, offices for recreation and wellness staff and spaces for outdoor equipment rental and maintenance shop for bikes, kayaks, and camping gear.
